Butter Motion Terms of Use

Version of 2 November 2026.

1. About these terms

1.1. These terms set the rules for using the site https://buttermotion.com, the personal account, the Butter Motion extension for Adobe Premiere Pro and the Butter Motion desktop app (together, the "Service"). The Service is run by Denis Leonov, an individual registered as a taxpayer in Georgia (taxpayer ID 100374925) (the "Seller").

1.2. By using the Service, the User accepts these terms. Paid services are provided under the public offer (https://buttermotion.com/legal/offer), which prevails in case of conflict.

2. Account

2.1. The Account is created for the email entered at checkout and is linked to it.

2.2. The User is responsible for keeping their email, password and sign-in codes safe and for actions taken through their Account. If you suspect someone else has access, write to support@buttermotion.com right away. All devices can be signed out in the personal account.

2.3. One Account belongs to one user. Sharing access with other persons is prohibited.

3. What is not allowed

• Bypassing device and credit limits, payment checks or bot protection.
• Decompiling, modifying or extracting the source code of the Service, except where the law expressly allows it.
• Accessing the Service's server side automatically, bypassing the extension and the site, or creating excessive load.
• Reselling or renting access to the Service.
• Using the Service to break the law or infringe the rights of others.

4. Prohibited content

Prompts, uploaded images and Results must not be used to create or use:
• content prohibited by law, including extremist content and content inciting violence;
• sexual content involving minors;
• content infringing copyright, trademark or other third-party rights;
• images of real people without their consent, content impersonating someone else, or content misleading people in order to deceive them;
• content that humiliates, harasses or bullies people.

AI model providers also check prompts under their own rules, and the User agrees not to create content that breaks them. A generation declined by a content policy is not performed, and its credits are not refunded, unless the refusal was caused by an error on our side. Repeated attempts to create prohibited content may lead to the Account being blocked.

5. Prompts, images and Results

5.1. The User keeps the rights to their prompts and images. The User allows the Seller to process them and send them to AI model providers only to provide the service.

5.2. Results are created automatically by AI, and their quality, accuracy and uniqueness are not guaranteed. The User checks each Result before use and is responsible for how it is used. Terms on rights to Results are in section 8 of the offer.

6. Intellectual property

The Service, its code, design, texts, documentation and the Butter Motion name belong to the Seller. Adobe and Premiere Pro are trademarks of Adobe; the Service is not affiliated with Adobe.

7. Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is". The Seller does not guarantee uninterrupted operation of the Service and is not liable for indirect damages. Limitations of liability and their bounds are set in section 9 of the offer and apply to the extent permitted by law.

8. Suspension

The Seller may suspend or block an Account for a breach of these terms or the offer. Settlement in that case follows the offer.

9. Final provisions

9.1. These terms are governed by the law of Georgia. If the User is a consumer, this does not deprive them of the protection of the mandatory rules of the law of the country where they live.

9.2. A new version of these terms is published on this page with its date. The Seller notifies Users of material changes by email.
